Welcome to the hibajji platform. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website and related services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using this platform. hibajji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Creation & Eligibility

To create an account on hibajji, you must be at least 18 years old and legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited and if detected, all associated accounts will be terminated. It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be completed through approved mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad. Before making a deposit, please check the applicable minimum and maximum limits, as these may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process, though they are typically completed much soner. Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus or promotional credit can be withdrawn. If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected, hibajji may place a hold on the payment and take verification steps.

Betting Rules

All bets must be placed within the designated timeframe and from a sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, so please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or system failure, hibajji reserves the right to void or review that bet. Match results are confirmed through official third-party data sources and hibajji's decision in this regard is final. If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the original balance.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to mislead other users on the platform is strictly prohibited. Accessing the site or placing bets usingots, automated software, or any unauthorized third-party tools is forbidden. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users is not allowed. If any such activity is detected, hibajji reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account.

Limitation of Liability

Hibajji is committed to providing reliable service at all times, but we are not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons. hibajji will not be liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment gateway problems, or faults with the user's own device. Users participate in betting activities entirely at their own risk, and the full responsibility for winning or losing rests with the user. Any disputes or complaints submitted to our support team will be investigated fairly and we will endeavor to resolve them. Any provision of these terms and conditions is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
